Education:
Bachelor’s degree in technology related field and/or experience in technology related field
Special Knowledge/Skills:
- Knowledge of Microsoft System Center and Google Workspace
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS, ChromeOS, iOS
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Ability to analyze and resolve computer hardware and software problems
- Ability to diagnose problems and perform repairs
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience:
Prior experience preferred
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide technical assistance to district faculty and staff for use of equipment including computer hardware and software
- Deploy software
- Image computers
- Manage network printers and copiers
- Physically move and check-out device inventory
- Perform hardware troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems
- Assist in developing long-term strategies and planning for future computer hardware needs
- Maintain technology work orders
